I’m having trouble relighting my wood wick candle. Help?
Thank your for trying our wooden wick candles! If you knock off the loose sooty wood from the wick, down to where it is hard and no longer flaky, you should be able to relight it with no issues! That build up makes it difficult to light on these specific wicks.
How long do your air fresheners last?
We’ve found they last about 4 weeks on average with a few customers reporting they last 3 weeks, and others stating they lasted several months.
Will your air fresheners melt?
We are based in South Mississippi, where summer heat could bake a sheet of cookies on your dashboard…but these babies don’t melt! Many of them do change colors or color-fade after long exposure to the sun, but that does not affect their fragrance. When you or your passengers can no longer smell it, it’s time to choose a new one.
I don’t use lye soap. Do you have any soap made without lye?
All true soap is made using lye. There are lots of great articles online that explain why lye is necessary to create soap, but the bottom line is soap is made using lye but every bit of it goes through a process called saponification - meaning it reacts with the fats/oils and is no longer present in the soap after the curing period.
I have (insert any skin condition). What soap do you recommend?
We recommend you talk to a dermatologist about ingredients that may help or inflame your particular skin ailment. We do not have the ability to diagnose, treat, or cure any diseases or conditions with our products. If you are allergic to certain ingredients like coconut products, fragrance oils, or additives and would like a custom soap we are happy to accommodate if at all possible.
Are your soaps vegan?
Most of our soaps are not vegan, although we do offer 100% coconut oil bars which are vegan-friendly. All of our colorants are vegan as well.
When will (insert product or fragrance) be back in stock?

Sometimes we choose to discontinue fragrances that don’t sell well, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make it for you. Just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
